While U.S. domestic orders generally ship from our USA warehouse to ensure swift delivery, occasional exceptions might arise due to stock shortages, necessitating shipping from China.

 

International orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse.

 

Shipping Time
 
Shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 3-7 business days, while international shipping typically ranges from 8 to 21 business days.

Before your order ships, a standard processing time of up to 48 hours is needed.

Unforeseen events like conflicts or adverse weather conditions might cause temporary shipping delays with our carriers. Rest assured, we're committed to swiftly and securely getting your package to you.
 
Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all our products to customers in the U.S. on orders over $99. Customers in other regions need to pay additional shipping costs.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 working day after your order has been shipped.
 
Additional Notes

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
