We appreciate your selection of Northern Star's (NS) product. To ensure your satisfaction, all of our products come with a lifetime warranty.

We understand that as a customer, you want a peace of mind when it comes to making an expensive purchase, this is why we only have two conditions when you contact us about using our lifetime warranty:

     · We provide two original warranty cards, please send    

       one in when using the warranty. We cannot honor the    

       warranty unless card is present.

     · Unauthorized Transfer. Unauthorized transfer may include

       theft, improper possession or any other transfer of title,

       ownership or possession without adequate proof of

       purchase or chain of title.

Services: NS does not warrant, and claims no liability for any charges incurred by any Purchasing Entity relating to installation, repair or removal of Products.

Transferability. Any warranty provided under this Warranty Policy is non‐transferable.

​

Modification. This Warranty Policy may be subject to change without notice.

In the case that your product cannot be fully repaired, we will send a brand new replacement of the item. If your product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will send a replacement product of the same or similar use. Alternatively, store credit may be provided.
